The plebeians, also called plebs, were, in ancient Rome, the general body of free Roman citizens who were not patricians, as determined by the census, or in other words "commoners".

The highest (and only) attainable level in the Bitcoin space: Pleb. Meaning, in contrast to the legacy finance system, the Bitcoin network treats all network participants equally, regardless of status or amount held. The rules of the network are enforced by individuals equally, with no one participant holding more weight then the next.
